Landing Gate is designed for smooth landing pf the animal after slaughter.
It is designed according to the knocking box and as per client requirements.
The Landing Grate is available in two types:

BLEEDING LINE

Bleeding Line is designed for complete bleeding of the animal on the automatic conveyor for a duration of 10-15 min. according to International Standards(IS).

  3. Electric Simulator is used to allow complete bleeding of the animal on the bleeding line.
  4. The bleeding line is custom designed as per the clients requirements.


It has quick pneumatic interchange system from bleeding line to dressing line for further animal processing.

Where the first operation of front hide opening is performed for easy hide removing at the hide puller station in the next operation to achieve high quality level.

Hide puller is build for both strength and speed. This machines has a capacity of up to 80-100 heads per hour. The hide is pulled of clearly and efficiently from the carcass without any damages as uniform hide is preferred by tanners and hide processors.

Our unique design product comes complete with hydraulic motor , cylinder , valves , pull chain, Stainless Steel (304 Grade) revolving roller galvanized framework. Hide chute and two Stainless Steel (304 Grade) platforms for butchers to perform trimming with special Knives so that there is no chance for either carcass or hide to get damaged during the process delivering high quality. We have a new addition to our product list, The Electro Pneumatic Hide Puller made for capacity up to 40 to 50 heads per hour.

Head and Red Offal Conveyor System is used for hanging red Offal and head.This conveyor is synchronized in such a way that the head and red offal of the respective animal moves along with carcass so that all the parts of an animal are inspect successfully at the same time.It comes along with head loading and unloading platform.

Brisket openig platform is where animal brisket openig of carcass operation is performed using brisket opener tool. All the platforms are made of stailess steel 304 grade with stainless steel wash basin and knife sterlizer.

Evisceration machinery are of two types pneumatic Viscera Chute and Viscera Conveyor for the removal of white offal from the animal carcass for further processing.

Leg changing system is supported by leg cutting platform and leg chute where the hind legs of the cattle are dressed and transfer to the dressing conveyor from bleeding conveyor.

  • The chiller and De-boning line structure is hot dip galvanized and are available in two types:
  1. Automatic Chiller and De-boning conveyor.
  2. Manual chiller and De-boning conveyor.
  • The Chiller Room temperature is maintained at +2’c to +4’c.
  1. The temperature maintained at De-boning Area is +14’c to 16’c.
